That the requirements of Ordinance No. 6601 of the Village
of Plymouth passed on January 10, 3966, and filed on
April 6, 1966, in book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records,
page 497, Register of Deeds, Rensepin County, Minnesota,
relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (3) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby
waived as to the following described lands on the attached
second page of this resolution.
