VILLAGE Or PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice there -,f, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of
February, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hagen, Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. There were no members absent.
Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-38
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RE90LVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:
THAT THE ENGINEER ::'OR PLYMOUTH VILLAGE BE REQUESTED TO PRESENT A
PRELIMINARY REPORT FOR WATER INSTALLATION ON QUAKER LANE, WHICH
PROPERTY LIES ALONG QUAKER LANE FROM HIGHWAY #55 TO ITS TERMINUS,
APPROXIMATELY 1/4 MILE TO THE SOUTH.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hagen, Hintz and Johnson.
No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the fore-
going extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
village held the 17th of February. 1969, with the original thereof on file in
my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
