HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-037VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of February, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hagen, Hintz and Johnson. There were no absent members. Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-37 WHEREAS, Ronald Heskin representing Property Programming, Inc. requested a Conditional Use Permit at Kilmer Lane at 35th Avenue. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted for the Colonial Car Wash to be located at Kilmer Lane at 35th Avenue with provision being made for temporary access at the corner of proposed 35th Avenue and Kilmer Lane and the sign be restricted to 108 aquarerfeet with the bottom of the sign no higher than one foot above the roof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hagen, Hintz and Johnson. There were none who voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held the 17th of February, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
