HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-0360 VILLAZE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of February, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hagen, Humphrey, Hints and Johnson. There were no members absent. Councilman himphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-36 WHEREAS Gunter Karl Janssen requested a Special Use Permit in a B-3 Service Business District. (Lot 10, Block 2 Glen Erie Addition) 0 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: The above request for a Special Use Permit has been approved to permit in a B-3 Service Business District the Custom Tool S Die Shop which shop shall not employ more than five persons engaged in tool and die making. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hagen, Humphrey, Hints and Johnson. There were none who voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MIMESOTA ) COUNTY OF HZHHEPIN ) SS.
