Pursuant to due call and notice -thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymout4, Minnesota'ves held on the
17thday of February-, 19 69. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Cot:nci]men Hagen,_Eumphrey, Hintz and Johnson

Councilman Hagen _ introduced the following ResQlu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-35
14HEREAS, Richard Cox, representing Minneapolis Industrial Park
requested a Subdivision Waiver for R.L.S. 1133, Section 22.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COONCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYHOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance #66-1 of the Village of
Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966
in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels
of land less than five (5) acres in area and 301 feet in width
are hereby waived as to the following described lands:
Tract A, that part of R.L.S. #1133, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
lying West of a line parallel with and 217.21 feet East of
' the West line of said Tract A.
Tract H, R.L.S. $1133, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and that part
of Tract A, R.L.S. #1133, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying East
of a line parallel with and 217.21 feet East of the West line
of said Tract A.

the following voted to favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hagen,

Whereupon the Resolution was dealared duly passed and. adopted.

of tin minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said.

on file in my office and the same is a M1, true and complete trans-
cript therefrom insofar as the same slates to a Resolution waiving
subdivision requirements for Section 22---4
