Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of
February, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hagen, Hintz, Johnson and Humphrey. There were none absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLU11ON NO. 69-34
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
. TO CANCEL BID OPENING FOR SEWER REPAIR ON FELPITARY 17, 1969 TO
THE NEW DATE OF FEBRUARY 24, 1969 AT 10:00 A. M.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Humphrey. Council-
man Hagen had left the Council chambers and did not vote.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

•I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of
said village held February 10, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my
office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of the
village this 3rd day of Match, 1969.
