HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-032Aa • VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due cal:,aid notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19rd of February, 1969. The following were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Hagen, Humphrey and Johnson. There were no members absent. Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adopti(m : RESOLUTION NO. 69-32A NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: The Village Engineer is hereby ordered to furnish plans and specifications of the Northwest Interceptor Sanitary Sewer project. • The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hagen, Humphrey, Johnson and Hintz and Mayor Hilde. There were none who voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a6pted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) 1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held February 3, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom inso to far as the same relates to sanitary sewer installation of the Northwest Interceptor.
