HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-032MW 14W 1W low .VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd of February, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hagen, Hintz and Johnson. There were no members absent. Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-32 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE . VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: THE VILLAGE ENGINEER IS HEREBY ORDERED TO PREPARE A PRELIMINARY REPORT ON WATER INSTALLATION FOR THE AREA SERVED BY THE NORTHWEST INTERCEPTOR. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz, Hagen and Johnson. There were none who voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. . STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held February 3, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
