HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-031VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of February, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Hintz, Humphrey and Johnson. There were no absent council members. The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Hagen and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-31 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: THE VILLAGE ENGINEER IS HEREBY ORDERED TO PROCEED WITH THE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT OF THE WEST LEG OF THE NORTHEAST INTEF-'EPTCR AND THAT THE IMPROVEMENT INCLUDE GOING NORTH FROM PILGRIM LANE AND EAST MEDICINE LAKE BOULEVARD THROUGH THE ETOC PROPERTY. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen humphrey, Hagen, and Johnson.
