HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-0301W 1W VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Cuuncil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of February, 1969 commencing at 7:40 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Hagen, Humphrey and Johnson. There were no absent members. Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-30 NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Regular Payroll of the Village of Plymouth dated January 31, 1969 and totaling $13,120.10 be and hereby is approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hagen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hagen, Hintz and Humphrey. There were none who voted against. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) 1, Gerald G. Splinter, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully com- pared the attached and foregoing copy of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held January 27, 1969 with the ori- ginal thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the Regular Payroll Disbursement dated 1/31/69.
