VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of
February, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Council-
men Humphrey, Hagen, Hintz and Johnson. There were no absent members.
Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-29
WHERE9S Mr. Clifford Fraser requested water main extension to Gleanloch
Acres.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:
The Village Engineer is ordered to present a preliminary report regarding
an exension of the present water mains in Gleanloch Acres. (1st & 2nd Add'n.)
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconds
by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Hagen and Johnson.
Councilman Humphrey abstained.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Villag,: of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully com-
pared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said village held February 3, 1969, with the original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to a request for water main extension
in Gleanloch Acres by Clifford Fraser of Enterprise Properties.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of the
village this 20th day of February, 1969.
