HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-028AVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd of February, 1969. The following members were present Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Hagen, Humphrey and Johnson. There no absent members. Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoptionb RESOLUTION NO. 69-28A WHEREAS, Air. M. J. Schumacher requested a Subdivision Waiver on Plat 47323W Parcel 1279. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance #66-1 of the Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966 and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands: Tract A. The North 100 feet of that part of Government Lot 6, lying East of the West 330 feet thereof and West of West Medicine Lake Road. That part of the West 330.feet of Government Lot 6, lying North of the Westerly extension of the Southerly line of Registered Land Survey No. 599 and also that part of Government Lot 6 in said Section lying East of the West 330 feet thereof, South of the North 200 feet, West of the West Medicine Lake Road and North of the Westerly extension of the Southerly line of Registered Land Survey No. 599. All in Section 23,' Township 118, Range 22. Tract B The North 100 feet of that part of Government Lot 6, Section 23, Township 118, Range 22 lying East of the. West 330 feet thereof and West of Lake Drive, (now known as West Medicine Lake Road) a Public street, as the same is presently laid out sad dedicated. Trac t''C That part of -the -West 330 feet of Government Lot 6, Section 23, Township 118, Range 22 lying North of the Westerly extension of the Southerly line of Registered Land Survey No. 599 and also that part -of Government Lot 6 in said Section lying East of the West 330 feet thereof, South of the North 200 feet thereof, West of the West Medicine Lake Road and North of the Westerly extension of the Southerly line of Registered Land Survey #599. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Hagen & Johnson. -Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. m
