Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting,of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
27th day of January, 1969 commencing at 7:45 F.M.
The following members were present: Mpyor Hilde, Councilmen John-
son, Hintz and Hagen. Councilman Humphrey was out of town for business
reasons.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-26
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Golden Valley State Bank Disbursement dated January
270 1969 and totaling $58,363.29 be and hereby is approved.
The Motion for the 'adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hagen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hagen and Hintz. There were none whc voted against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

L, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of"Flymouth Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing copy of the minutes of a regular meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held January 27, 1969 with the ori-
ginal thereof on file in my office and the some is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same felates to the Golden Valley State
Bank Disbursement dated 1/27/69.
