Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
27th day of January, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor H11de, Councilmen Hagen.Hfntz and Johnson. Councilman Humphrey
was absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-24
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
MR. GERALD G. SPLINTER HAS BEEN APPOINTED TO THE SUBURBAN
SANITARY DISPOSAL AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR 1969.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen,
Hintz and Johnson.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
