Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
27th day of January, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hagen, Hintz and Johnson. Councilman Humphrey
was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-23
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
TO AUTHORIZE THE VILLAGE ENGINEER, OTTO BONESTR00, TO PROCEED
TO REPAIR THE SEWER SITUATION CREATED BY UNIVERSAL CIRCUITS, INC.
LOCATED IN THE MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARI{ OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hagen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Hintz
and Johnson. There were none who voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said village held January 27, 1969, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to sanitary sewer
repair caused by Universal Circuits, Inc.
