HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-023VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of January, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hagen, Hintz and Johnson. Councilman Humphrey was absent. Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-23 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: TO AUTHORIZE THE VILLAGE ENGINEER, OTTO BONESTR00, TO PROCEED TO REPAIR THE SEWER SITUATION CREATED BY UNIVERSAL CIRCUITS, INC. LOCATED IN THE MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARI{ OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hagen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Hintz and Johnson. There were none who voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held January 27, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to sanitary sewer repair caused by Universal Circuits, Inc.
