HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-021VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of January, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hagen, Hintz and Johnson. Councilman Humphrey was absent. Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-21 WHEREAS, Mr. Ed Wahl has requested release of his bond for 5th Avenue North in Homedale Manor 1st Addition. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: TO RELEASE BOND FOR HOMEDALE MANOR rIRST ADDITION AND ACCEPTING ALL STREETS WITHIN SAID PLAT UPON PROOF TO THE VILLAGE THAT THE PARK FEES AND OTHER INVOICES DUE HAVE BEEN COLLECTED. The motion for the adoptioa of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hagen, Hintz and Johnson. There were none who voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE 'OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held January 27, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a. full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
