HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-020VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetigg of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of January, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Hagen. Absent: Councilman Humphrey. Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-20 WHEREAS Minneapolis Industrial Park has made a request for a Gravel Permit. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: The request for a Gravel Permit by Minneapolis Industrial Park has been approved for east of Xenium Lane and south of County Road i6 subject to proper contract and placement bond. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Hintz and Johnson. None voted against. ' Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
