VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF
REPORT ON II�lli ROVEMENT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular JvamrAoW
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 27th day of January , 19 61—.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hagen, Hintz and Johnson.
and the following members were absent: Councilman Humphrey
Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 69-19
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve:
The area from 13th Avenue North to Meadow Lawn 3rd Addition,
for water service installation.
and assess the abutting property for all or a pertion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon
vote :eing taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the
motion:Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hagen, Hintz and Johnson.

The following were gena) (abstained from voting): Councilman Humphrey
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to water service
