Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
13th day of January, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hagen, Hwaphrey, Hints and Johnson. There were
no absent members.
Mayor Hilde introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-14A
NOW THEREFORE, BE Ia HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TBE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Public Hearing set for January 20, 1969 has been rescheduled
to January 27, 1969 for consideration of vater main and street
lighting installation in Ivanhoe Woods, Blocks 1,2,3 b 4, Sec.36
T.118 at the Village Hall, 7:30 P.M.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hagen. and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hagen. Hints,
Humphrey and Johnson. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting
of the Village Council of said village held January 13, 1969, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom insofar as the relates to a water and
street light installation -in Ivanhoe Woods.
