' VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the V
Council of the Village of Plymvth, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of
January, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen
Hagen, Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. There were no members absent.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLVWION NO. 69-12
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
THE ENGINEER IS HEREBY ORDERED TO PRESENT A PRELIMINARY REPORT
REGARDING WATER MAIN EXTENSION AND ASSESSMENT FROM 13TH AVENUE N.
TO 26TH AVENUE NORTH BY JANUARY 27TH.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow-
ing voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hagen, Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson,
Mayor Hilde has temporarily left the council chambers.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

. I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council
of said village held January 13, 1969, with the original thereof on file in
my office and the tame is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to preliminary report for water extension from
13th Ave. N. to 26th Ave. N.
