PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT 3ONDS OF 1969

B8 IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of

Plymouth, Minnesota, as follows:
I. The bid of Piper, Jaffray & Hopwood of Minneapolis, Minnesota,r�,<
to purchase $1,057,000 Public Improvement Bonds of 1969
of the village described in the notice of sale thereof is hereby found ¢;
and determined to be the highest and best bid received pursuant to a�w
duly advertised notice of sale and shall be and hereby An accepted* �fzii
said bid being to purchase bonds, bearing interest as follows;

1 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
seconded by Councilman Humphrey and upon vote being taken thereon, the
' foilowipg voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen

and Humphrey, and the following members voted against: None. Whereupon a

said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
