NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Councilman Edward R. Hintz be appointed as Suburban Rate Authority
(SRA) and Suburban Sanitary Sewer Commission (SSSC) appointee.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Humphrey, Hagen
and Johnson. Noone voted against.
Wheeeupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council
of said village held January 6, 1969, with the original thereof on file in
my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to SRA and SSSC

VILLAGE COUNCYL„OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
IiONSPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuamt to due call and notice thereof a special meeting
'of the 'Village Council of the 'Village. of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
duly held at the Village Hall at 13800 State Highway No. 55 on the
7th day of, January, 1969,.at 7:30 o'clock P. M., Central Standard
Time.
The following members were present; Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hagen and Humphrey; and the following members were absent: Councilmen

4 f Johnson and Hintz.
The Mayor announced that the Council would consider all bias ,
for the purchase of $1,057,000 Public Improvement Bonds of 1969

as advertised for scale. The Clerk Administrator presented affidavits
showing publication of the notice of kale more than ten days in
advance of sale in the Minnetonka Herald, the official newspaper,'
�t and in Commercial West, a financial paper published in Minneapolis,
Minnesota, which affidavits were examined and found to be satisfactory
J..' and ordered placed on file.
°2 The Clerk -Administrator presented the sealed bids which had
�h born delivered to'him prior to the time specified in the notice of z
i sale and, said bids were opened, examined and found to be as follows.
