HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-007tti3t M t yi i y VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of January, 1969, commencing at 7:50 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Hunt, Humphrey and O'Fallon. There were none absent. Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 69-7 NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: THAT THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF WAYZAT" IN WAYZATA, MINNESOTA BE DESIGNATED AS THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY FOR GENERAL FUNDS OF 14WtIXTY-e-i'kcRWT9M ta* Whereupon said resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Humphrey and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hagen, Humphrey, Hunt and O'Fallon. Mayor Hilde abstained. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village C—incil of said village held January 6, 1969, with the original thereof o.. file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the sane relates to the official depository for general funds.
