VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
6th day of January, 1969, commencing at 7:50 P.M.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen,
Hunt, Humphrey and O'Fallon. There were none absent.
Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 69-7
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
THAT THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF WAYZAT" IN WAYZATA, MINNESOTA
BE DESIGNATED AS THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY FOR GENERAL FUNDS OF

Whereupon said resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Humphrey
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Councilmen Hagen, Humphrey, Hunt and O'Fallon. Mayor Hilde abstained.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village C—incil of said village held January 6, 1969, with the original
thereof o.. file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the sane relates to the official
depository for general funds.
