VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
6th day of January, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hagen and Humphrey. Councilman Hintz was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 69-2
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
TO ACCEPT THE HENNEPIN COUNTY HIGHWAY PLAN LAYOUT 7C REVISED
JANUARY 16, 1968, FOR THE L74TERSECTION AT COUNTY ROAD #9 AND
#18 AND SERVICE ROAD ALONG COUNTY ROAD #9.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followirg voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hagen
and Humphrey. Voted against: None.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being Lhe duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, tlinnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said village held January 6, 1969, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the above Resolution.
