VILLAGn IF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th
day of January, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hagen, Humphrey and Johnson. Councilman Hintz was absent.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the fo,11owing Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RES§ UTION NO. 69-1
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
THE DATE OF MARCH 10, 1969 IS HEREBY SET FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
TO CONSIDER A SNOWMOBILE ORDINANCE FOR THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Johnson
and Humphrey. There were none who voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully com-
pared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said village held January 6, 1969, with the original thereof on
file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to a proposed snowmobile ordinance.
