RESOLUTION No. 2013-295
A RESOLUTION APPROVING
AGREEMENT FOR POLICE RECORDS MANAGEMENT SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth owns and operates its own NetMotion server and
Records Management Server which provides its police department a highly secure connection
that meets State security standards; and
WHEREAS, the Records Management Server serves as the central repository for all
police incidents, citations, and name information; and
WHEREAS, Plymouth has additional capacity and desires to enter into an agreement
with the City of New Hope to provide access to the City's NetMotion and Records
Management Server; and
WHEREAS, in exchange for this service, New Hope will share costs as outlined in the
attached agreement for services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Agreement for Records
Management Services between the cities of Plymouth and New Hope is hereby adopted.
