Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ____ meeting
of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held
on the 17th day of December , 192_Q. The following members
were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmsmbers Helliwell -Ricker,
The following members were absent:
Mayor Bergman introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-851
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC SALE OF TAX FORFEIT
PARCELS FOR NONPAYMENT OF REAL ESTATE TAXES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has
received from the County of Hennepin a list of lands in said
municipality which became the property of the State of Minnesota
for nonpayment of real estate taxes; and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has
heretofore been classified by the Board of County Commissioners
of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as nonconservation land and the
sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of
County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statute
282, that the said classification by said Board of County
Commissioners of each parcel of land described by Property
Identification Number as hereinafter listed as nonconservation
land, be, and the same is, hereby approved and that the sale of
each such parcel of land be, and the same is, hereby approved
for:

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman,_
Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None _
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
