Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rcu,xlar _meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of
December 1990. The following were present:

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION N0.90-848
RESOLUTION FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
1990 WEED ERADICATION AND DESTRUCTION ROLL 2
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on December 17, 1990 the City
Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the total cost for the
1990 Weed Eradication and Destruction, Roll 2 on certain lands within the City
an provided by law; and
WHEREAS, this Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment
has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clesk for public
inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 28nd day of January, 1991 in
the City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such
proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such charges will be given an opportunity to be
heard with r6f7c& to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is "reby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed asse'&sment to be published twice in the official
newspaper at least two %4ogks prior to the hearing, and shall state
in the notice the total amt of the assessment. The Clark shall
also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel
described in the assessment roil.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell` Ricker.
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
