HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-846CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a .__regular _ meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of December _, 1920. The following members were present: tdavor aaromaa. Councilmambara Halliwell. Ricker. The following members were absent: Councilmember Van liou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-846 AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND PLYMOUTH PARK, SEWER AND WATER, STREET AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEES REPRESENTED BY THE AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY, AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES, COUNCIL 14 (AFSCME) FOR 1991-1992 WHEREAS, in accordance with the Minnesota Public Employee Labor Relations Act, the City is required to meet to negotiate wages and conditions of employment with the exclusive employee representative representing Plymouth maintenance employees; and WHEREAS, in a report dated December 14, 1990, the City Manager has outlined the terms of the settlement which has been agreed to by both parties, pursuant to such negotiations. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that is should, and hereby does, authorize the execution of a 1991-1992 Labor Agreement between the City of Plymouth and Plymouth Park, Sewer and Water, Street and Equipment Maintenance employees represented by the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Council 14, dated December 11, 1990. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CouncijMAMb r Zitur, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: MavDr Bervman. The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
