Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a .regular _ meeting
of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held
on the 17th day of _December , 1929. The following members
were present: _Mayor bArgm , Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker.
The following members were absent:
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-845
ADOPTING A REVISED PERSONNEL POLICY
WHEREAS, changing personnel program needs have required that
amendments be made to the March 17, 1988 personnel policy; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has proposed revisions in the substance
of the 1988 policy which bring policies in compliance with State
Statute as well as enhancing its utility; and
WHEREAS, such changes benefit Plymouth employees, supervisors and
residents by promoting equity and understanding of the Plymouth
personnel system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does,
adopt a revised personnel policy dated January 1, 1991 to replace
the policy dated March 17, 1988.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Zitur, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman•
Co nnilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
