Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the lash day of
December, 1990_ The following members were present: _Mayor Bergman,
Cunni lma.nhara Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmemher Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-844
RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR NUISANCE ABATEMENT AT
13508 SUNSET TRAIL NORTH (PIN 34-118-22-31-0003)
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the City Council on December 17, 1990, the
City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of
the necessary improvements to abate the public nuisance at 13508 Sunset Trail
(PIN 34-118-22-31-0003) by the installation of municipal sanitary sewer and
correction of existing hazardous wiring; and,
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has
been completed and filed in the Office of the City Clerk for public
inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 7th day of January, 1991 in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment
and at such time and place all persons owning the subject property
affected by improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with
reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on
the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice
the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed
notice to be given to the owner of the parcel described in the
assessment roll.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Co nni m mh , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Beroman. Councilmembers
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
