Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of

Couneilmemher Vaailiou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-843
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR NUISANCE ABATEMENT AT 13508 SUNSET TRAIL NORTH
(PIN 34-118-22-31-0003))
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the abatement of the nuisance declared by
the City Council under Resolution 90-544 pursuant to Section 2010 of the City
Code at 13508 Sunset Trail (PIN 34-118-22-31-0003)) by the installation of
municipal sanitary sewer and correction of related hazardous siring; and,
WHEREAS, the contract price for such improvement is $10,653.50 less $150 for
lawn restoration which will be completed by the City for a total of
$10,503.50, and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said
improvements amount to $2,497 so the total cost of the improvements necessary
to abate the nuisance will be $13,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
I. The cost of such improvements to abate the nuisance to be specially
assessed is hereby declared to be $13,000.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the community Development
Director shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially
assessed for such improvement against the assessable lot at 13508
Sunset Trail (PIN 34-118-22-31-0003)) without regard to cash valuation,
as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed
assessment in the Office of the City Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall upon completion of such proposed assessment, notify the
Council thereof.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmemher -+ , and upon vote being taken thereon,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
