Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
Pith day of December, 1990. The following members were present:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou. and
Zitur. The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-839
APPROVING TARGET AND TRAP SHOOTING RANGE LICENSE FOR 1991
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for renewal of a
target and trap shooting range license for 1991; and
WHEREAS, all required fees have been paid.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by
Plymouth that a target and trap
approved for the period January
1991, for the following:
Plymouth Gun Club
4955 Holly Lane
the City Council of the City of
shooting range license is hereby
1, 1991, through December 31,
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Zitur, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman,
Counciimembers Helliwell Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur. The
following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
resolution was declared duly passed and adoptee.
