Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
17th day of December, 1990. The following members were present:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and
Zitur. The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-838
APPROVING RENEWAL OF KENNEL LICENSE FOR 1991
WHEREAS, the City has received application for renewal of a
kennel license for 1991 from Dean Amsbaugh, 16910 County Road 47;
and
WHEREAS, all required fees have been paid, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Safety recommends approval of
this license, and
WHEREAS, the Conditional Use Permit for this kennel operation has
been administratively renewed.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that a kennel license is hereby approved for the period
January 1, 1991, through December 31, 1991, for thA following:
Dean Amsbaugh
16910 County Road 47
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmembar Zitur, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman,
C_ou_nai lmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur. The
following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
