Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
171h day of Decegbar, 1990. The following members were present:

Counci member Vasiliou introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-835
APPROVING RENEWAL OF AWUSEMENT LICENSES FOR 1991
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for renewal of
amusement licenses for 1991; and
WHEREAS, all required fees and certificates of insurance have
been provided.
NOW THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that amusement licenses are hereby approved for the
period January 1, 1991, through December 31, 1991, for the
following:
Cineplex Odeon Corporation
d/b/a Cineplex Odeon billow Creek 8 Cinemas
9900 Shelard Parkway
Acquest Corporation
d/b/a Plymouth Place Hotel
2705 Annapolis Lane
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by C_ounzitur , and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman_

following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
