1W Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of December
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers lelliwell
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur —'
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Va'iliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-830
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
COUNTY ROAD 9/COUNTY ROAD 101 TRUNK WATERMAIN
CITY PROJECT NO. 012
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following:
Adding 80 tons of Class 5 aggregate for providing access to commercial
property during construction and replacement of 85 L.F. of existing concrete
curb and gutter.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for County Road 9/County Road 101 Trunk Watermain, City
Project No. 012 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 3 for County Road 9/County Road 101 Trunk Watermain,
City Project No. 012 by adding $2,051.80 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $474,641.85
Previous Change Orders 43,417.35
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - ADD 2.051.80
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $520,111.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cnimc-ilmemhor 7itur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor r an, ouncilmembers I{ell well, Ricker. Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
