Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of
December$ 1990_ The following members were present: Mayor Bern!
P_nunr_ilmamhera Hell;well„ Ricker. Vaailiou„ and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
C^e.n +twmher Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-815
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR MARSHALL MASKO FOR THE "MASKO ADDITION" (90097)
WHEREAS, Marshall Masko has requested approval for Final Plat for the "Marko
Addition;" and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for
the "Masko Addition."
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Co r Z{tt _ , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor set ten, Goun_ci t,�..,,�hare
Helliwell. Ricker, Vasitiou, and Zitu
The following voted against or abstained_ None _
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
