Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of
December, 1990_ The following members were present: _Mayor Bergman"
Cnunci l tars Helliwell,_ Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Cnunc+i lmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-812
SETTING A CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
FOR ORVILLE AND JOYCE MILLER (90081)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located at the northeast corner of County Road 6 and Xanthus Lane (18630
County Road 6) from FRD (Future Restricted Development) District to R-lA (Low
Density Single Family Residential) District in conjunction with approval of
the Preliminary Plat for Eingsway Estates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
Orville and Joyce Miller to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the
publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by CounciLmwmher Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: mayor Beroman. Councilmembers _
Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained_ None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
