Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a budget hPnrjag meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 11th
day of December , 1990. The followinP were present:
Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, Zitur Ber=AA
The following members were absent: _ None
Councilmember Helliwell introduced the following aesolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 808
PROPERTY TAX LEVIES FOR TAXES PAYABLE IN 1991
WHEREAS, the City Council has preliminary approved the operating budgets for
the period commencing January 1, 1991 and certain monies to finance said
budgets are preliminary required to be raised from taxes on taxable property
in the City of Plymouth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the following sums of money be raised by tax on
tazable property in the City of Plymouth for the year 1991 as set out in the
approved proposed 1991 City budgets are hereby proposed to be levied:
General Purpose:
General Levy $ 7,809,914
Infrastructure 93C.804
Forestry 228,500
Storm Sewer Tax Districts 300.034
Total General Purpose 9.269.252
Special Levies:
City Special Assessment 330,200
Housing and Redevelopment Authority 347,000
General Obligation Debt 371.636
Total Special Levies 1.048.836
Total All Levies 510.318.088
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said proposed tax levy be certified to the
County Auditor of Hennepin County on or before December 28, 1990.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Bergman and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:
Helliwell, Ricker, Zitur. B rgmnn _
The following voted against or abstained:ynSilin,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
