Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Counckl of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of
llecember 1990. The following members were present: ,

RESOLUTION NO. 90-801
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
LOT 8, BLOCK 3 SWAN LAKE WEST
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, LeGran Homes has petitioned the City
Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility easements
within Lot 8, Block 3 Swan Lake West Addition:
The northwesterly b feet of Lot 8, excepting therefrom the
northeasterly and southwesterly 10 feet thereof, Block 3 Swan Lake
West, Plymouth, Minnesota.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
January 7, 1991 at 7:OU p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
_Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
