Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of December ,
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell ,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur

RESOLUTION NO. 90-799
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 705
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following:
Subgrade correction and stabilization with additional aggregate and
geotextile fabric west of the protected wetland crossing.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for Schmidt Lake Road Improvements, City Project No.
705 is recommended for approval;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 3 for Schmidt Lake Road Improvements, City Project
No. 705 by adding $13,903.07 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $721,678.67
Previous Change Orders - ADD 34,922.46
Street Sweeping - DEDUCT -124.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 - ADD 13.903.07
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $770,380.20
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and ,
Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
