Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of December ,
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, ,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur

RESOLUTION NO. 90-798
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROL SYSTEM AT
C.S.A.H. 9 AND ANNAPOLIS LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 941
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for a temporary traffic signal control
system at C.S.A.H. 9 and Annapolis lane, bids were received, opened and tabulated
according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the
advertisement:

Killmer Electric Co., Inc. $ 33,333.00
Egen McKay 36,100.00
Electric Service Co. 43,900.00
Ridgedale Electric 48,400.00
Design Electric 49,370.00
WHEREAS, it appears that Killmer Electric Co., Inc. of Brooklyn Park, MN is the lowest
responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with Killmer Electric Co., Inc. of Brooklyn
Park, MN in the name of the City of Plymouth for the temporary traffic
signal control system at C.S.A.H. 9 and Annapolis Lane according to
the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City Council
and on file in the office of the City Clerk in the amount of the low
bid of $33,333.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith
to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the
deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing, Resolution was duly seconded by
COuncilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Berman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, ,
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
