Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of
December , 1990. The following members were present: ,

The following members were absent: Nnne
Cotmilmember Bicker introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION'NO. 90-797
ORDER PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT FOR
1991 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
CITY PROJECT NO. 102
WHEREAS, the City Council received a biennial update to the Pavement
Management Program in 1989 which recommended certain streets to be included in
the 1990 and 1991 Street Reconstruction Program; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to undertake a Preliminary Engineering Report to
determine the work required on each street in the areas within the recommended
1991 program as proposed in the biennial update of the Pavement Management
Report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Short -Elliott -Hendrickson, Inc. be designated as
the Consulting Engineer for the improvements and that they are instructed to
prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report with all convenient speed advising
the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements are
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in
conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the
improvements as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmemher 7itur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
