Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of December ,
1990. The following members were present: mayor Berman, rnimcilmembers HelliwellID -,
Ricker,�=�G�pu, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Co mcilmemher Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 792
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
HARBOR PLACE ADDITION (87124)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated January 3, 1989 Hans Hagen
Homes, Inc., developer of Harbor Place Addition (87124) has agreed to install certain
improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading
as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the
completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that
the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

Sanitary Sewer System
Watermain System
Storm Sewer System
Boulevard & Drainage
Swale Sod
Poid or Ditch Construction
Street Sighs (2 x 150)
Park and Trail Improvements

That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above
from $22,066 to $5,940 to reflect the completed work on the public improvements
(excluding Project No. 912) and reduced from $6,559 to $3,647 to reflect the completed
work on the private improvements.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the bonding requirements for the following items per
Section 8.1 of the approved development contract be reduced as follows:
Maintenance of Erosion and
Sediment Control Plan,
Street Sweeping and Storm
Sewer Cleaning (Grading Permit No 17388
Issued - Letter of Credit
No. SB7538 in the amount Cash: $ -0- $ -0-
of $29,000 is on file Letter of Credit: $ -0- $ -0-
to ensure this work.)
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember VasilioU , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Berzffln. Councilmembers helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
