Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of
December, 1990_ The following members were present: mayor Bergmn"
Councilmemhare Helliwell, Rinker, Vaailiou, and Zitnr
The following members were absent: None

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-786
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR HAZELDEN FOUNDATION
FOR HAZELDEN PIONEER HOUSE LOCATED AT 11505 36TH AVENUE NORTH (89070)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Hazelden Foundation for the Hazelden Pioneer House
located at 11505 36th Avenue North was approved under City Council Resolution
89-553; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $126,955; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of
the Certificate of Deposit No. 771 in the amount of $126,955 which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements for Hazelden Foundation for Hazelden
Pioneer House located at 11505 36th Avenue North to $9,150.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded

the following voted in favor thereof: favor Beroman_ Cennnilm&mmhmr.
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
