Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of
pecember,, 1990. The following members were present: Mayor Ber man-

Cnuac; r Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-7P4
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR GRAHAM DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY (89087)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Heritage woods Estates Phase II was approved under
City Council Resolution 89-695; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Cash Escrow in the amount of $17,526; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council amended the resolution setting conditions regarding
the final plat for Heritage woods Estate 2nd Addition to eliminate a landscape
transition requirement due to land use reclassification of an adjoining parcel
by Resolution 90-653; and,
WHEREAS, the developer was refunded $10,000 in response to Resolution 90-653;
and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of
the Cash Escrow in the amount of $7,526, which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Heritage woods Estates Phase II to $4,500.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Co mr-i +somber Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Bercumnayi, Cauncilmembers
Halliwall- Riekar, Vasiliou, nd 7+tur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
