Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of
December 10. 1990_ The following members were present: Mayor Berge
i+era Belli well. Ricker, Vasiliou, and Z . ur
The following members were absent: None
mayor Beraooa_n introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-775
APPROVING GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR
CLARENCE AND MARILYN GORDON (90102)
WHEREAS, Clarence and Marilyn Gordon has requested approval for a General
Development Plan amendment and Conditional Use Permit to allow conversion of a
single family detached dwelling into a two-family unit for property located at
410 Zinnia Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Clarence and Marilyn Gordon for a General Development Plan amendment and
Cona:itional Use Permit to allow conversion of a single family detached
dwelling into a two-family unit for property located at 410 Zinnia Lane North,
subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No variances are granted or implied.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by_ Conn_3immner Vaailio, , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayra
Balliwall. Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zit—
The following voted against or abstained_ None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
