Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ar meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of
December, 1990_ The following members were present: Mayor Bergma�-
('nnnni7 era Helliwell, Ricker, Vaailiou, and Zitu_r
The following members were absent: None
Couneilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-772
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
FOR U.S. HOMES CORPORATION/THOMPSON LAND DEVELOPMENT DIVISION (90028)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located at the southeast quadrant of the west City limits (Brockton Lane) and
Medina Road from FRD (Future Restricted Development) District to R-lA (Low
Density Single Family Residential) District in conjunction with approval of
the Preliminary Plat for the "Mitchell -Pearson* property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
the •Mitchell -Pearson" property to be filed with Hennepin County and the
contract for public water and sewer service to the site be awarded prior to
the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Gu , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor BerQm n- Councilmemhers
Helie71i1iMells Riker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
