Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, A regular of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of

Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

VARIOUS• FERKrT FEES
WHEREAS, the City collects various license and pewit fees under Section 10
of the Plymouth City Code; and
NO;FAS, these fees have not been updated since January, 1989; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase various fees to cover inflation and other
associated costs; and
WHEREAS, state statutes require that a Public hearing be held to review the
proposed increases;
NCI1, TIDE, BE IT HEREBY RESMVED BY THE CITY CO IL OF THE CITY OF
FUMM, IrIItMMM, that a Public Hearing shall be told on the 17th day of
De mow, 1990 in the City Council Chambers of Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota, at 7:00 P.M. to pass upon the

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
