Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of
November, 192D— The following members were present: Councilmembers zitur,
Helliwell, Ricker,. and Bemoan
The following members were absent: Councilmember Vasiliou
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-751
AWARDING BID TO CONSTRUCT A FAMILY RESIDENCE ON LOT 1, BLOCK 1, GLACIER
MEADOWS 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of a
single family residence on Lot 1, Block 1, Glacier Meadows 2nd Addition, and
all necessary appurtenances, bids were received, opened and tabulated
according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the
advertisement;

WHEREAS, it appears that Great West Homes is the lowest responsible bidder,
complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed
to enter into a contract with Great West Homes of Long Lake,
Minnesota for construction of a single family residence at 1530
Glacier Lane North, Plymouth, MN, according to the plans and
specifications therefore approved by Plymouth City staff and on
file in the office of the City Clerk in the amount of the low
bid of $80,636.00.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids,
except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been
signed.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
